Enclosures at the former ice factory in Inca

In this project, we had the privilege of contributing to the restoration of an iconic building: the former Ice Factory of Inca. Our work focused on the complete installation of the exterior windows and doors, as well as the interior doors.

For the exterior joinery, golden oak‑colored PVC was selected an option that adds warmth and character while respecting the building’s original aesthetic and ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The interior doors were installed in white‑lacquered wood, creating an elegant and modern contrast with the more rustic style of the façade.

The combination of materials and finishes was carefully selected to harmonize with the building’s historic surroundings while enhancing its functionality and energy efficiency.
